Privacy Policy — Humble Logic Apps

The short version

Three promises govern every app we ship:

1. Your data will never be used to train an AI model — ours or anyone else’s.
2. Your data will never be sold — not raw, not “anonymized,” not “aggregated.”
3. Your personal data is always encrypted — in transit and at rest.

The rest of this policy is the long version of those three sentences.

Scope

This policy covers every iOS app we publish unless an app links to its own policy, in which case that policy governs for that app. It does not cover our website, which has its own policy at humblelogic.io/privacy.

What we collect

We practice data minimization: we collect the least information an app needs to do its job.

• Data you provide — content you create inside an app (entries, settings, files). Wherever possible this stays on your device or in your personal iCloud, not on our servers.
• Account data — only if a specific app requires an account, and only your email address and credentials. Most of our apps will not require accounts.
• Diagnostics — anonymous crash reports and performance data via Apple’s built-in, opt-in mechanisms. We receive these only if you’ve enabled sharing with developers in iOS settings.

What we do not collect

No advertising identifiers. No location data unless an app’s core feature requires it and asks you first. No contacts, photos, or files beyond what you explicitly select. No tracking across other companies’ apps or websites — our apps do not present the App Tracking Transparency prompt because they do not track.

How we use information

To operate the app’s features, to fix crashes and bugs, and to respond when you contact us for support. That is the complete list. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or model training of any kind.

AI features

Where an app includes AI-powered features, your content is processed only to return the result you asked for. It is not retained for training, evaluation, or “service improvement” by us, and we contractually require the same of any processing provider. Each app’s listing will state whether AI processing happens on-device or via an encrypted connection to a provider.

Storage & security

Personal data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (industry-standard encryption, including iOS Data Protection on device). Access to any server-side data is restricted, logged, and reviewed.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data — ever. We share data only with: (a) service providers who process it on our behalf under contracts that prohibit any other use; (b) Apple, as required to deliver App Store functionality; (c) authorities, if legally compelled, in which case we disclose the minimum required.

Retention & deletion

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it to us. You can delete app content at any time in-app or by deleting the app. To request deletion of any server-side data, contact us via our support page; we will confirm completion within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the EU/UK GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Since we collect so little, most requests are simple. Contact us via our support page; we do not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the effective date above and, for material changes, note it in the relevant app’s release notes. We will never change the three promises at the top.
